I’ve been wanting to experiment with doing a pasta dish ‘aglio e olio’ (literally garlic and oil) and after seeing a picture of it and a video of possibly one of the most beautiful villages I can imagine from the island of Sardinia, it was time to finally give that inspiration a shot.

I think I’ll be doing it again…very tasty!
