Boldog Szent István napját!
Yesterday was St Stephen’s feast day which is a national Hungarian holiday (also known as Constitution Day or New Bread Day).
I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than to see my mother and sister and make for them kapuszta e teszta (cabbage and noodles) with kielbasa! 🙂
