So gutted for Charles Leclerc who truly deserved the top of the podium with a masterful drive until his hybrid recovery (MGU-H) failed leaving him about 140 bhp down on power in the closing stages of the Grand Prix in Bahrain. As much as I love my home state of NC…I’m so hoping that UCF will beat Dook this afternoon and make it to the Sweet 16. Who knows what can happen with one of Coach K’s kids on the other side of the scorer’s table… :) UPDATE: They darned near did in the Dookies but ultimately fell 77-76 and scared the heck out of Coach K and his boys. Good job! :)

Imagine you’re driving to the sporting goods shoppe to get the final bit of kit for your oldest son who is aspiring to play lacrosse. This is a holiday I can certainly support wholeheartedly and thanks to agreeable pricing on green peppers…it was definitely time to get my Magyar on! So the headliners are töltött paprika (stuffed peppers and my personal favourite) and töltött káposzta (stuffed cabbage). And when I'm done stuffing peppers and cabbage, then it's time to do some egg noodles and shred the remaining cabbage for káposzta és tészta which works well with kielbasa. Putting them together…
