If I could give -5 stars for the completely disrespectful and rude solicitor Chill Brothers sent round to harass me and my neighbours (and on a FEDERAL HOLIDAY, no less!)…I absolutely would.
His “sales technique” is stunning to say the least.
He knocked on my door AND rang the doorbell twice and was rather creepily peering through the window next to the door as I was working in my office nearby.
Thank goodness I didn’t have confidential client files on the screen as he’s seriously invading my privacy in my own home on my own doorstep!
He takes a disturbingly long time lingering where he’s been ignored and clearly not wanted before leaving his litter on my door.
I finally open the door to return the litter to him and he starts trying to do his spiel even as I’m flatly telling him neither he nor his litter is welcome and the next time anyone from your company turns up on my doorstep, they’ll be referred to the police for criminal trespass after warning.
His considered response was to wad up the litter and toss it on my driveway and then spit on my yard in the show of ultimate disrespect as went off to harass my neighbours.
If this individual is any indication of the quality of the people in your company, then frankly it beggars belief how you’ve managed to survive in business this long other than through deceptive and unfair trade practices.
If you sincerely want to foster a reputation of bullying and pushy sales tactics with sales people who feel emboldened to disrespect the people who actually pay for and live in their home, then your “representative” succeeded beyond your wildest imagination.
Sadly, your people can’t be bothered to pick up the phone within published working hours (seems your back-office staff is enjoying their Labour Day whilst they send these dishonourable people round to harass those of us trying to enjoy ours) so you get the poor review in public and I’ll be writing up the full details later for my BLOG.
Sadly, your representative is hardly alone in reprehensible behaviour by unwelcome pests on my property and probably won’t be the last entry under “People I Can Do Without”. 🙁
