The good: being ready to dramatically reduce that nice long iTunes wish list and get some righteous tunes for WFOX!

The bad: Apple removed the buy all button from the wish list to protect idiot users who apparently can’t grasp what a buy all button does in practise.

Even worse: iTunes doesn’t have a shopping cart so each item in the wish list is purchased individually resulting in multiple charges to credit card.

On the path to hell: credit card gets blocked because Apple can’t be bothered to batch purchases made in quick succession.

Now I’ve reached my infernal destination: I’m forced to talk to credit card ‘security’ which took one hour across five phone calls to finally resolve (two rude and incompetent first line call takers, two pick up and hang ups, and finally a supervisor who is barely intelligible but supposedly is in Kentucky but sounds like he is really from Manila).

Resurrection: Card comes back to the living…supposedly. Guess we’ll find out if that is really true later today… 🙂

And the rapture that made the journey to hell worth it: watching Alex grooving to Chaka Khan’s “Ain’t Nobody” and later some Donna Summer tracks before heading off to school! His musical tastes rock, by the way… 🙂
