Every now and then, I’ve got a hankering for a hoagie from Jersey Mike’s and not just any hoagie…
My absolute favourite is the #12 Cancro Special which in all the years I’ve been getting hoagies from them, I’ve seen it on the menu board maybe once or twice.
Secret menu item or not, the founder’s favourite sandwich is well known by our friends behind the slicer and this is the way I’m going to stack it:
- Roast beef
- Pepperoni
- Provolone
- Lots of pickles
- Lots of onions
- Spicy Mustard
It may not be the fanciest hoagie they make but there’s nothing else that quite compares to it.
I’m thinking even Danny DeVito would agree… 🙂
