Vladimir Putin has to be asking himself a cruder variation on that question as he boards his IL-96 and returns to Moscow when he reflects upon the events of the past several hours.
No one in America should have been under any illusions who was holding whom by the plums before they met but if they were somehow that delusional or employed by Fox News…one can no longer credibly believe that President Trump isn’t totally under President Putin’s control.
And frankly…one cannot imagine a bigger idiot ever inhabiting 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. I’ll let the professional pundits have their way with their summit…for me, the proof of this man’s utter idiocy was that he thought he’d go up against the former head of the KGB 1st and 2nd Directorates and emerge victorious.
Putin is the sort of clever bastard that can follow you into a revolving door and come out in front of you. And anyone who can’t or won’t accept that is the worst kind of fool…the fool that will get people killed as a result of their stupidity.
The truly sad thought is that President Trump could care less about who he hurts or gets killed as long as he’s made richer as a result.
And every time he opens his mouth compounds the betrayal of everything that America and Americans stand for.
The one thing I am thankful for is that my father didn’t live long enough to see such an unworthy person elected to the highest office of our country watching him cozying up to dictators and stabbing our allies in the back.
