On this 108th anniversary of Grandma Williams’ birthday, it was finally time to get the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine against COVID-19 and start on the journey to getting a reasonable immunity against this bloody virus.

Today’s experience was pretty much the same as before…everyone was polite and efficient, the nurse listened to what her patient needed, and I got to hang out with the lovely lady in the waiting area after the jab.
As to why the two doses are necessary with Pfizer and Moderna, I think J Michael Straczynski (“Babylon 5”, “Sense 8”) really described it best in this tweet…if you’re doing the two shot regimen, getting that second shot is really critical to ensuring maximum protection!
