The first game is a combination of a tribute to Dash Crofts of “Seal & Crofts” who passed away on 25 Mar 2026, a soft rock icon before transitioning into two hard-charging Harold Faltermeyer synthesizer classics.
Nicholas had requested “Axel F” and I thought I had it but then remembered that the version I had was a cover and a poorly done one at that so it’s one of the few tunes that actually got deleted from the library and good riddance!
I think it’s pretty obvious that a spot in the consolation game is on the line in the second game’s playlist. It originally was only going to be “Lonesome Loser” and a player requested Dropkick Murphys tune in “I’m Shipping Up To Boston” but when I saw the other tracks that fit the theme…well, let’s just say in for a penny in for a pound! 🙂
