In terms of themes, this one certainly came together very quickly well over a week ago.

There was no way I wasn’t doing this one even though the games were technically on the day after the unofficial holiday. Not that it would matter to true devotees of the whacky flower because what’s better than a 4:20 celebration than another one when you’re feeling all-right, man. 🙂

The truly ironic thing is that the playlist by and large is a more rocking selection, both of the games were decidedly more mellow than usual.

Oh, there were penalties that called (or not…when you’re a referee, you’re going to put someone’s nose out of joint no matter how hard you try not to do so) but even on the calls that had the whiff of controversy about them, there wasn’t the usual explosively theatrical reactions to them of weeks past or tirades from within the sin bin.

Maybe the music was calling to them to relax, be mindful, and just enjoy the good vibes that is beer league hockey on a Tuesday night.
