Tonight is a special Thursday night exhibition tilt (otherwise known as a “pick-up” game) as we take a break from the “Race for the Cup” which concluded the divisional round on Tuesday and we’re going to His Purpleness for inspiration for tonight’s theme as the “Purple Rain” soundtrack dropped 42 years ago today! 🙂

Game 1 Warm-Ups

We’re going to do something a little bit different during this game as it’s an exhibition match. Instead of swapping tunes at each stoppage in play, we’re actually going to have them playing in their entirety at a lower level during the game as background music.

This is an opportunity to showcase some of the tunes in the official playlist that caught my ear and have become my favourite tracks in the past year. 🙂
