I’d already come up with next Tuesday’s theme but that wasn’t exactly helping with coming up with the tunes I wanted to be spinning prior to the puck drop for tonight’s games.
Fortunately, my younger son Alexander came to the rescue just like the subject of tonight’s theme commemorating the first appearance of Superman in Action Comics #1.
I had no idea that Superman Day even existed but if it’s anything to do with the world of entertainment, be it TV or movies or popular music, Alex is so completely plugged into that scene that it seems like that’s one of his strongest super powers (to go along with the devastating effect he has upon the contradictory gender, that is!).
So…up, up, and away we go! 🙂
