Polish Ploughman’s Lunch!

Polish Ploughman’s Lunch!

Having blown off the breakfast bingo worksheet at the hotel, I was more than ready to enjoy some fine Polish fare at Pierogi Mountain in downtown Columbus with the entire crew from Galena.

Of course, I had to get a few dash cam shots of the downtown area where the skyline is dominated by one of the area’s biggest employers who not so coincidentally sponsored the name of the nearby hockey arena that is home to the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Whilst at university, I was fortunate to have a very good friend who was quite willing to share his stash of home-made pierogis and they were amazing. These were just about as good and with an authentic kielbasa, you just couldn’t go wrong!

What really blows my mind is just how filling they are… 🙂

Two pictures with the crew and then it’s off to another camera store to check out a used Nikon F4 film camera.

Oh, a certain someone might want to avoid the last picture in this gallery as it is the headquarters of a place I’ve been forbidden to mention. You know who you are and you’ve been warned… 🙂
