There seems to be a fundamental law of the universe that says that when I have a happy day that ends with a client settling their bill, then obviously I'm in need of immediate punishment that effectively spends it before deposit at the credit union. In this particular case, it was eerily similar in location and root cause to an incident just a couple of years earlier...

Unfortunately, this year has they're bringing their A-game of annoying and stupid behaviour to my doorstep and postbox... :(

After decades of inspections that were ten minutes and forking over some cash, the emissions testing regime for this year has been an exercise in frustration and stress beyond belief. At least the Traverse has finally passed for another year and hopefully the emissions testing will go the way of the dodo in Wake County before next year's renewal season!
